Academic Verification
学历验证
We verify all educational credentials, transcripts, and certifications. Our mentors come from top universities with strong academic backgrounds in their teaching areas.
Identity & Background Check
身份与背景调查
Government-issued identification is verified. Candidates must declare any criminal history, and we conduct thorough reference checks with at least two professional or academic references.
Safeguarding Training

All mentors must complete our comprehensive Child Safeguarding Training module before teaching any sessions. This covers recognizing signs of concern, professional boundaries, and reporting procedures.
Curriculum Training

Mentors undergo extensive training in our proprietary curriculum — the Binjai Method for mathematics and our Engineering Immersion methodology. Only those who demonstrate mastery proceed.
Observation Period

New mentors begin with an observation period, shadowing experienced mentors and receiving direct feedback. They're closely monitored before leading sessions independently.
Ongoing Development

Our mentors participate in regular professional development, annual safeguarding refreshers, and peer review sessions. We continuously invest in their growth.
