The Catalyst

As our son approached his K2 graduation from a Mandarin immersion program, we hit a crossroad. We knew that once he entered the standard primary system, his daily "oxygen" of Mandarin would be cut off. More importantly, we realized he would stop learning the subjects that actually matter for the future — Math, Logic, and Science — in his second language.

The Discovery

We searched for a place where he could continue to build high-level cognitive skills in Mandarin. We found brilliant mentors — Olympiad-level mathematicians and engineers from NUS and NTU — but they lacked a pedagogical bridge to reach a 6-year-old's imagination. They had the knowledge, but not the curriculum.

The Solution

So, we built it — together. Richard, drawing from his Columbia engineering background and entrepreneurial experience in Singapore, partnered with Sicily, whose Master's in Education from the University of Texas specialized in curriculum development. Together, we crafted a program grounded in CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) and educational neuroscience.
